Terms of Use
1. Member accounts
Members must provide accurate information, protect their login details and notify the organiser of unauthorised access. A shared family login represents one family account and one family check-in.
2. Rally information and bookings
Prices, availability, dates and arrangements may be corrected or changed by organisers. A saved response is not proof of payment. Members remain responsible for confirming final arrangements and payment requirements.
3. Acceptable use
Members may not misuse the Hub, attempt unauthorised access, upload malicious or unlawful content, impersonate another family, interfere with voting, or publish inappropriate notices. Organisers may remove content or suspend access where necessary.
4. Uploaded information
Members confirm that information and documents they submit are accurate and that they have authority to provide information about a spouse or family member.
5. Privacy
Personal information is handled according to the Privacy Notice. Optional permissions may be withdrawn without affecting processing that is otherwise necessary or lawful.
6. Intellectual property
The Hub’s original source code, interface, written content, artwork and design remain protected. Access is provided only for authorised club use and does not transfer ownership or permission to copy, resell or recreate the platform.
7. Availability
The club will take reasonable steps to keep the Hub available and secure but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. Important safety or rally instructions should also be confirmed through the organiser where necessary.
